In order to keep moving forward and get to the ultimate goal of a free gift card you have to participate in these other offers. These may include subscribing to a magazine, taking a survey or buying some form of useless travel insurance.

Getting through all those offers may finally reward you with a gift card from Walmart but the pain has just begun. You have now given your email address and credit card info to some of the most aggressive marketers on the planet. You will be bombarded by spam email and fake credit card charges for the next year.

Trust us, as appealing as a free Walmart gift card sounds, it is not free. Stay away.
