What would be better than a $200 gift card to a wine retailer? Well, a $300 gift card but aside from that, not much. The question I have is, what are the rules and regulations around giving and recieving gift cards for wine? I would imagine there has to be something in place to insure that the recipient is over 21 years of age. I will look around all the wine sites and aggregate some info and post it when done.
