I spend hours a day writing and researching gift card information online and adding to my site. It is no surprise then that when I am out and about I am looking for gift cards in retail stores. I swear I am seeing more gift cards then ever before by big factor. Gift Cards are front and center whereever I go. Buying a new pair of hoop shoes...Nike Gift Cards right in my face at the register. Buying some some food at the grocery store...massive Gift Card kiosks featuring most any merchant you can think of.
Help me here, do I just have gift cards on the brain and am looking extra hard for them in the real world or has their presence grown dramatically? Please tell me what you are seeing in your part of the world!
